Barcelona

In Barcelona there are many department stores wh ere you will find fashion at the best prices.

La Maquinista: Economic alternatives such as Zara, Mango or Stradivarius are represented here, but you will also find Spanish greats such as Adolfo Dominguez.

Les Glòries: 166 shops, restaurants, cinemas, everything you need to empty your bank account.

Maremagnum:the best of this department store is its location since it is situated at the port of Barcelona, near las Ramblas. Here you will find a wide range of shops and nice terraces to have a drink or a bite.

Illa Diagonal: 130 shops and many of the large international chains represented: Mango, Zara, Diesel, Fnac. In the first floor there is a fresh market. We recommend Xarcuteria Andreu where you will find the best Spanish ham and you can get a sandwich with high quality Spanish ham.

Bulevard Rosa:located in the main shopping street in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia.

El Triangle: this department store is the meeting place for many catalans given its excellent location between Plaça Catalunya and Les Rambles.

But if you are looking for original shops, different from the mainstreaming brands, you must visit the Born and Gràcia districts as well as Barri Gòtic. Here you will find unusual shops, designer stores, interior design, art, etc.

Tarragona

The only department store in Tarragona is Parc Central, which has more than 100 shops and has a spacious parking.

However, most shops are located at the old town and the Rambla Nova and its surrounding streets, running from the Imperial Tarraco square to the Mediterranean Balcony. Also worth noting are the importance and singularity of the establishments located in the city’s High District, many of them antique shops. There, visitors can also find exceptional designer jewellery and renowned masters in the art of working precious materials.

Lleida

Along the river Segre you will find more than 450 shops in a pedestrian street that is 2 kilometers long and has access from the main districts of the city.

Other interesting commercial districts are Cappont, Escorxador, Pardinyes, Ronda, Balàfia and Bordeta.

It is worth noting that most shops are open from 10 to 13.30h and from 16.30 to 20.00 h.

Girona

Girona has a department store, El Corte Inglés, in carrer Barcelona.

Nevertheless, one of Girona's attractions is the scope of shopping possibilities it offers. Since the historic centre is closed to vehicles, you can combine a visit to the city centre with window-shopping in the small shops this area has to offer.

You will find many shops in the Eixample and Palau-Motilivi and Güell Girona too.
